From the first project meeting, our team will guide you through the entire process of data migration, training, implementation and support. We do not offer tiered structure support agreements to our customers – we believe that every customer deserves a Gold standard service and to this end the product license fee includes direct access to our dedicated support team - we do not charge extra for product support, we do not operate a queuing system nor will your calls be answered by untrained telephonists in remote locations.
