In light of last night’s UK Government guidelines and events over the past weeks we have decided that in order to minimise the potential risk to the IMVS team and to isolate ourselves from direct contact, that as from Wednesday evening we will closing the offices and all of us will be working remotely from home.
We do not anticipate that this decision will cause any significant disruption to the service that we offer to our customers. All of the usual email communications will be received directly by the intended recipients and responded to in the timescales that they have been accustomed to.
Telephone calls should still be made to our normal telephone number, which will be automatically diverted to members of the IMVS team.
In the event that an issue arises that cannot be addressed remotely then the appropriate measures will be made for the relevant members of the IMVS team to come into the office accordingly so it can still be resolved in a timely manner.
Please be assured that we are committed to ensuring that the high level of service that we have always provided will not be disrupted by the unprecedented difficulties that the UK and the world is currently experiencing.
