APAItem 1. Make changes to the naming convention of the APA Ledgers to be compatible to the relevant CASS rules and then make changes to the posting logic of accounting related processes to auto clear the nominal ledgers. The new posting logic will automatically move balances from the nominal ledgers to either of 2 new nominal ledgers (UnAllocted Payments & UnAllocated Receipts). These balances will form the basis of the amounts that are required to complete the Internal Client Money Reconciliations together with current unsettled transactions. The balances open on these new ledgers will be incorporated in a new facility that will be made available in the MICM Module (Management Information & Compliance Monitoring). New screens will be developed to manage the clear down of ledger entries held on the UnAllocted Payments and UnAllocated Receipts Ledgers as and when cleared items are identified on Bank records.Regulatory, CASS RulesInternal & RegulatoryJohn MotleySarah Hinkley/Duncan Smith/John MotleyPhase 1, internal testing20-Jun-191-Jul-19

Pricing HubItem 1. Ongoing discussions with FE with regard to the daily data received from them. A particular issue has been raised in respect of indices section which includes various FTSE indices for which the Financial Times charges a licence fee for their usage. FE have advised that under their T&C's with FT that they have to provide them with a list of all entities that receive data feeds which include FTSE indices. Historically, these have been included in the daily files that IMVS receive from FE and in order to comply with the T&C's with FT they would need to tell them about the IMVS arrangements. This in turn would require IMVS to divulge which of its users are receiving the indices as part of the daily updates. On the basis that FT charge in the region of c£50,000.00 per indices IMVS has agreed to remove this aspect from the daily FE files to alleviate the risk to its customers of being in breach of FT copy rights.Cost & Customer protectionIMVS InternalGary RusbyJames Bayliss/Lee Crawford/Sarah Hinkley/Gary Rusby/John MotleyAgreed with FE 29 May 2019 following a meeting held on 8 May 2019 and interim discussions with relevant users who historically have benchmarked against FTSE indicesComplete1-Jun-19

CREST HubItem 1. Earlier in the year IMVS started initial discussions with a Middleware Software Provider to investigate the feasibility of integrating the IMVS software in order to offer the option, more particularly to new customers that required a direct interface with CREST. This typically being more traditional Stockbroking operations rather than Wealth or Private Client Investment Managers. An NDA was signed by both parties and IMVS has completed the 1st Phase of writing the code to transmit the transactional data in order for validation and onward transmission direct into CREST. IMVS has also completed the analysis work in respect of receiving the CREST related files back into APAIMVS Internal to expand our network of potential customers and indication given by one of our existing customers that they were contemplating direct CREST MembershipIMVS InternalGary RusbySarah Hinkley/ Preston Kemp/Duncan Smith/James Bayliss/Gary Rusby/John MotleyOn goingTBATBA
